This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011, which require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name https://blurgvillage.com ("Website"), including the related mobile site (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform").

The Platform is owned and operated by BLURGVILLAGE, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. The registered office of BLURGVILLAGE is located at 265F, Valanchery–Nilambur Road, Keezhattur (Pattikkad Kamanam), near Mythree Auditorium, Kerala, India.
The Founder and Director of BLURGVILLAGE is Mr. Mohammed Anshad A , supported by partners Mr. Mohammed Ajlan N.K., Mr. Muhammed Ashfin P., Mr. Shajeem Ali N.K., and Mr. Muhammed Siyad E.

SHIPPING POLICY

We will deliver your product within 10 working days of placing the order (sundays and other public holidays can't be working days ) .

REFUND, RETURN, REPLACEMENT, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

General Terms

  • - We do provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations except as specifically stated below.
  • - An unboxing video is mandatory (from start to end) to claim any issue related to damage, missing items, or defects.
  • - All refunds, returns, replacements, or exchanges will attract a handling charge ( if it is a mistake from the customer/no unboxing video ) , as mentioned on the website or during checkout.
  • - Replacements and returns are accepted only within 1 day of receiving the product, subject to the conditions below.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • - If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, customers can request a replacement.
  • - The unboxing video must clearly show the sealed package, seal cutting, and the product condition to validate any claim.
  • - Claims without a complete and continuous unboxing video (from seal cut to fully displaying the product) will not be accepted.

Size Replacement/Exchanges

  • - Before placing the order, every customer must carefully check the sizes and measurements mentioned on the product page. All sizes are provided in inches (or as specified).
  • - Sizes and measurements are clearly displayed on the website for each product, and customers are strongly advised to use a measuring tape to confirm their size before purchasing. All measurements are taken manually by hand, and minor variations may occur.

Offer /sale Products

  • - Products purchased during offers, discounts, or promotional sales are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or returns; these are final sale items.
  • - All tags and brand details are clearly shown in the product images ; customers should review them before ordering. We have not yet started selling our own manufactured products, and all products are clearly represented as sourced items.

  • HOW TO CHECK THE SIZES : Each and every sizes are mentioned inside the products , Each and every product contains different sizes ,

  1. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, just above the belly button. The tape should be snug but not tight. This measurement is your true waist size.

  2. Rise: Measure the distance from the top of the waistband to the crotch seam by laying the jeans flat.

  3. Length (outseam): Lay the jeans flat and measure from the top of the pant to the bottom leg.

  4. Thigh: Measure across the thigh area about 1-2 inches below the crotch. Double this measurement to get the full thigh size.

  5. Leg Opening: Lay one leg flat and measure across the bottom hem, then double it for the full leg opening.
